European Road Transport Working Time DirectiveThe Department for Transport (DfT) has carried out a review of the UK's implementation of the European Road Transport Working Time Directive. The results of this review have been published in a report which has been compiled on a UK-wide basis. This report sets out the terms of reference, methodology, evidence base, outcomes and recommendations of the review. Although carried out by DfT the review included Northern Ireland within its remit.
