driver training scheme

This course is designed to teach the correct attitude and the high degree of skill required by present day drivers,so that the unpleasant consequence of having a road traffic collision may be avoided.
The course consists of twelve hours driver training on the road. students will be taught in pairs and will spend six hours practical driving and six hours observing in a modern, dual controlled car with a DOE approved driving instructor (ADI).
The scheme is subsidised by the Department Of the Environment and must be completed during school hours.
*Students must ensure that they have a provisional driving licence before applying to do the course.
