How can my Child / Children be Properly Trained?

Learning safe cycling skills is very important to help your child to stay safer when cycling. The Department of Environment’s Cycling Proficiency Scheme is available to all primary schools in Northern Ireland. During training, children are taught and later tested on a number of procedures e.g. turning right from a minor to major road. A cycling proficiency certificate and badge is presented to successful children. This scheme is available for children nine years and above.
Why not ask if your child will have the opportunity to participate in the scheme?
