School Bus Transport - Occupancy Surveys
As part of the assessment into the four main Inquiry recommendations, D O E conducted a number of bus occupancy surveys in April/May and September 2005. The surveys were required to investigate school bus occupancy rates and measure the incidence of overcrowding, the use of the '3 for 2' seating concession and standing.
